SWAPāļø Swap 2 of your meat based meals this week for fish, 1 of which should be oily fish such as mackerel or sardines š

CHANGEāļø Normally add sugar to your tea/coffee? This week stop adding to at least one drink a day or reduce the amount you add āļø
