It's Friday again which means it's time for a new set of challenges for you to try out for the forthcoming week 🏆

TRY⭐️ Try incorporating plant based protein into your meals e.g lentils, beans, peas, tofu, nuts & seeds 🌰🥜




SWAP⭐️ Swap 2 of your meat based meals this week for fish, 1 of which should be oily fish such as mackerel or sardines 🐟




CHANGE⭐️ Normally add sugar to your tea/coffee? This week stop adding to at least one drink a day or reduce the amount you add ☕️
