  • Get Enough Sleep. Sleep is so important when it comes to making choices throughout the day which support your health as well as allowing your body to rest & recover


  • Allow yourself to feel how you're feeling. Talk to a friend or family member if you need to & try to do something each day/week which makes you happy & you can look forward to.


  • Be good to your gut. Gut health is a massive factor in helping to ensure your immune system is strong


  • Limit processed foods, junk food & alcohol intake


  • Include a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, legumes, pulses, healthy fats, nuts, wholegrains, seeds, lean meats and fish on your shopping list


  • Eat & drink fermented products such as Kefir, Kimchi & Kombucha as they contains lots of gut friendly probiotic cultures.


  • Stay active. Even though the gyms are closing back down again & darker, less pleasant weather is moving in, there's still plenty you can do to keep your activity levels up.
