WOAH IT'S MARCH!

Do you want to improve your performance in your chosen sport?


Or maybe you're looking to build muscle in the gym?


Could it be that you're standing in front of your calendar thinking AGGGGGHHHHH!!! because today is March (Where have the past 2 months gone!?) & you've still not been able to shift those extra lbs you gained over the festive period? Or maybe Boris's road map out of Lockdown has shown that Summer 21 might not be a no go like you thought it might be?


It's so easy to just search online for meal plans or join a slimming group but let's be honest, blindly following a plan you've found online or joining that slimming club again for the 2nd/3rd/4th time is only going to get you so far because.....

1. The meal plan you found online isn't personalised to your goals & stats

2. You will have no idea why you're eating the foods you are and why you're eating them in certain amounts

3. Like building a house, you need to have the foundations in place before you can build on it

4. Slimming clubs don't work (for most). How many times have you previously joined one, then given up again? This is because they baffle you with terminology such as "syns", "free food", "points", "good food", "bad food". They also cause deprivation & make you feel bad if you eat a piece of cake or have a drink on a night out


Your nutrition, health & lifestyle can't be fixed by quick fixes. For long term success, you need to invest your time into learning why, how, when......it takes persistence & patience.
